Women near Nairobi’s Dandora dumpsite face severe exploitation and hazardous conditions, often forced to scavenge for little income. With few safe employment opportunities, many remain trapped in poverty. Thanks to your generous support, we distributed nearly 500 handbags to these women
ST. STEVENS CHRISTMAS
Thank you for your incredible generosity in making our school’s Christmas celebration unforgettable. The joy you brought to our children was immeasurable, especially when Santa Claus arrived in person. The excitement and memories from that day will be cherished for years. UPGRADING OF ST. STEVENS
Earth Angels Flagship School in the slum of Githogoro Dear Friends, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to upgrade some parts of the school and we will be sharing them as we complete the projects. To start off, we managed to upgrade the Kitchen as it was in dire need of renovation given that it feeds around 200 children everyday with both breakfast and lunch.
LENKISEM KAJIADO
We have partnered with the Red Cross to distribute food items to communities in Lenkisen, Kajiado previously supported by Earth Angels Welfare. The Red Cross has taken on responsibility for this vulnerable region, enabling us to continue our scholarships for local children and extend our efforts to other needy communities.
SCHOOL BAG DRIVE
We launched the School Bag Drive with support from the East Africa Women’s League (EAWL) to provide dignity to children from impoverished backgrounds. Thanks to your contributions, 250 children will walk to school feeling respected and valued, with bags distributed in areas like Homabay and Githogoro Slum.
HOMABAY DROUGHT RELIEF
Residents of Osodo and Simbi Constituency in Homabay are facing a critical situation after recent floods impacted 380 households, causing shortages of food, bedding, and clean water. All school supplies have been destroyed, jeopardizing children's education as the new term approaches. Thanks to our donors, we have provided local maize flour and grain, and we are committed to supporting these families in restoring normalcy.
